For our Boba Squishies: Wash with mild soap and warm water, then let air dry.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, and does not include small imperfections (such as tiny bubbles or minor paint variations) which are normal for handmade Squishies.

Squishy Bakery is based in Australia and currently only takes domestic orders. We are planning to welcome international orders soon so join our mailing list to receive updates!

• Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment.

The sticky texture is inherent to the material, but you can lightly dust it with cornstarch or baby powder to create a smooth, velvety feel.

How should I store my Squishies? 💡

• Keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
• Store in a cool, dry place to maintain their texture.
• Avoid stretching, pulling too hard or picking with fingernails, as it may cause damage.

Our squishies are made from high-quality PU foam ( for Fluffy Rise Squishies) or TPE-based materials (for Boba Squishies). They are non-toxic and safe for use, but not intended for young children or pets.

Yes! We offer gift wrapping as an add-on. Simply add Gift Wrap to your cart before checkout, and we’ll wrap your Squishy in cute, themed packaging! You can also add a personalised message, and we’ll include it in the package.
